Galvanized Pipe / Seamless & Welded Galvanized Pipe
Material:
Carbon Steel: Q195, Q215, Q235, SPHC, SPHD, SPHE etc.
Selection Recommendations:
• Corrosion resistance: zinc-aluminum alloy plating (e.g. Galfan) for coastal areas.
• Welding Requirements: Mild steel (Q195-Q235) for easier welding.
• Cost control: Ordinary carbon steel + hot-dip galvanizing for bulk purchase.
1. Base Pipe Manufacturing
• Welded Pipe: Steel strip uncoiling → high-frequency welding → inspection.
• Seamless Pipe: Billet heating → punching → hot rolling/cold drawing.
2. Galvanizing Process
• Hot-Dip Galvanizing (HDG): Thick zinc layer (50-200μm), high corrosion resistance.
• Electro-Galvanizing (EG): Smooth surface (5-30μm), suitable for precision parts.
